Documents Required for Mortgage Pre-Approval
Please see the list of documents below that are required in order to issue a mortgage pre-approval. Please select all items that apply when applicants are both employed and self employed.
To avoid any delays in preparation of your loan request, it is very important that we collect the following documents to complete your loan application approval process.
Please gather all that apply and fax to 904-878-9211 or scan and email to info@equifundmortgage.com, or you can simply upload in our secure documents upload under your name when you sign in to our website.
Documents required for Self Employed borrowers:
- 2 Yrs Most Recent Signed Personal Tax Returns (all schedules)
- Current Year to Date Profit & Loss Statement (signed and dated)
- 2 months Most Recent Personal Bank Statements (all pages)
- Most Recent Retirement Accounts Statement (if applicable)
- Copy of Sales Contract if another property is being sold.
Documents required for W2 Employee borrowers:
- 2 Yrs Most Recent Signed Personal Tax Returns (all schedules)
- 1 month Most Recent Pay Stubs
- 2 months Most Recent Personal Bank Statements (all pages)
- Most Recent Retirement Accounts Statement (if applicable)
- Copy of Sales Contract if another property is being sold.
Additional Income and Asset Documents:
- 2 Yrs Most Recent Signed Personal Tax Returns (all schedules)
- Copy of Pensions, Copy of Social Security Awards Letter,
- 2 months Most Recent Bank Statements, 401K/IRA Statements
